The academic session extends from April to March.

Children differ in their physiological maturation and readiness to learn different skills as well as in their rate of development. Therefore, no attempt is made to compare the achievement level of student with that of his classmates by ranks and divisions; therefore grading system is followed for evaluation. The Physical, Social and emotional development are also considered in the report card.

The school emphasizes on  scholastic as well as non scholastic areas. Participation in curricular and co-curricular activities will also be watched and evaluated.

The school gives due weight age to the percentage of attendance, homework and class work, project and practical work.

No student shall be allowed to appear at the final examination unless all dues have been paid.

For reasons such as unsatisfactory progress in studies, failing in more than three subjects, insufficient attendance, indiscipline or serious misconduct etc. a student may not be allowed renewal of admission.

Grading is done on a nine point scale.
